The Stable

Building an independent Porsche specialist a sales channel it owns

The Stable is a boutique independent Porsche and Ferrari specialist in Brisbane. We worked with them across nearly three years, starting with social content and photography, then expanding into the operational and digital systems that run the business underneath it. The goal grew alongside the relationship: build an owned audience The Stable could sell from directly instead of renting buyers from the monopolised online marketplaces, then back that audience with a website and CRM that could hold the business together as it scaled.

The Stable Case Study
The Problem

The Stable had beautiful stock, deep technical expertise, and a clear point of view, but no systems underneath the business and no one telling the brand story.

  • Operations held together by memory -- With no CRM, one person's memory carried the sales pipeline. Inventory wasn't synced anywhere reliable, storage clients had no communication process, and workshop bookings had no follow-up structure
  • Slow speed to market on new stock -- New cars took too long to get live and in front of buyers. The client wanted a way to get every new arrival to market as fast as possible for efficient turnarounds and a better client experience
  • Renting buyers from the marketplaces -- Like most Australian luxury dealers, The Stable relied on the monopolised online marketplaces to reach buyers, with no owned channel of its own
  • An untapped brand story told inconsistently -- The Instagram presence existed but wasn't working hard enough for the brand it represented. The client wanted consistency of posting and genuinely high quality imagery, in a category that treats social as an afterthought and leans on repurposed inventory photos or inconsistent outsourced photography that never feels on-brand
The Solution

We started by fixing how The Stable showed up on social, then earned the room to rebuild the systems the whole business runs on.

  • A content strategy built on aspiration -- We rebuilt the social strategy around the experience of luxury ownership, matching each car to a setting that's aspirational for first-time buyers and familiar to established owners.
  • A signature inventory shooting style -- We developed an exact image format for every car: perfectly aligned framing, the same shot list every time, and every small detail set consistently, from seatbelts to lights to steering wheel position. Every image is edited and matched to the same standard, giving The Stable instant brand recognition across the online marketplaces
  • A photography pipeline built for speed to market -- We built a pipeline that moves a car from arrival to social-ready and market-ready content with up to a same-day turnaround, shot across Newstead and Teneriffe. Getting new stock live faster than any other dealer became a competitive edge
  • Structured social media management -- We managed their social across two channels, posting to a consistent, structured cadence so the brand stayed front of mind and every new arrival got its moment.
  • Custom merchandise, designed from scratch -- We designed The Stable Tee from the ground up, digitally hand-drawn from architectural drawings of their Doggett Street site, then sourced and produced the shirts across several rounds with a supplier and printer to land on the right high quality material
  • A custom Stable calendar -- We designed a calendar from scratch around our own photography, with key motorsport dates any enthusiast would want to follow, like Goodwood, built in. We worked back and forth with suppliers to land the highest quality print
  • Custom Zoho CRM -- We built a custom CRM across The Stable's three operational streams: a sales pipeline for acquisition and retail, a storage management system for clients keeping cars at the facility, and a workshop workflow for jobs on the shop floor. It handles routine follow-up so the team can focus on the work
  • Rebuilt website with live inventory sync -- We rebuilt the site and integrated it directly with the CRM, so vehicles listed for sale pull in real time. What's available, sold, and coming stays accurate with no manual updates on either side.
The Results
  • An owned audience that engages -- The Instagram account grew to 6,000+ organic followers drawing an estimated 1,000,000+ reach off the back of 250+ Porsches and Ferraris shot. The audience actively engages through comments, DMs, and shares, with consistent enquiry against stock
  • A channel The Stable controls -- With an owned audience instead of rented marketplace traffic, The Stable gained more control over its funnel and lowered the overall cost and speed per car sold
  • Top-five search visibility -- 13 target keywords moved into the top five positions, capturing the queries that matter for a specialist competing in a defined category
  • A business that runs on systems -- The pipeline is now visible and enquiries are tracked from first contact to sale, the website reflects real inventory, and the team has a documented system to build on as it grows
